Try not to subject yourself to to much light, because if there is a problem with your eye it definitely won't help. I'm sure you can get on the computer if the brightness setting isn't too high, but if I were you I would give the computer a break until you're at least partway healed. But if you absolutely have to get on the computer, keep the brightness setting to a point where you don't get a lot of light in your eyes, but don't have to strain to see it. I hope I helped!
