Could I be having a brain Hemorrhage ?

Two nights ago i bumped my head and there was a large bump. I took down the swelling with an ice pack. The next night i got into a heated argument leaving me screaming louder then ive ever screamed before. I got really worked up and my head was pounding. I checked my blood pressure and it was higher than normal. Ever since, my head hurts on and off, and it feels really odd, sometimes warm, sometimes cold. Could i be having a brain hemorrhage, or anyeurysm
